By installing or using Caffi (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited.
1. The app is informational, not medical advice
Caffi is a tracking and coaching tool. Nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, take medication that interacts with caffeine, or have any concern about your caffeine intake, talk to a doctor — not us.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID or Google account you use to sign in, and for any activity in your Caffi account. Notify us at technuttiez@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, don't try to abuse the coach (prompt-injection, spam, or generating content that violates OpenAI's usage policies), and don't use the Service to do anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. The coach
The in-app coach uses a large language model. Replies can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Do not rely on coach output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
5. No warranty, no liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Restart onboarding. We may discontinue the Service or any feature at our discretion.
7. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surface a notice in the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
